Applicationsfeatures

  • Customers call the call center executives and get themselves registered.
  • Call center executives refer to the head operator if they don’t have any solution.
  • The head operator can edit,reply and refer to the admin.
  • Admin can close the application.
  • State level officer 1 refers to the state level officer 2. Both can refer ,edit and close it.
  • State level officer 2 refers to CMOH who can reply and refer to BMOH.
  • BMOH can only make a reply who has no option to refer.
